PROCESSING TIME EXTENDED - All orders ship in 2 weeks
- All orders ship from our Valparaiso, IN studio within 3-5 business days unless extended processing time is announced. In that case, shipping time will be extended to 2 weeks and announced here. (See above announcement)
- If you need your order expedited or would like to know our exact fulfillment timeline, please reach out at sprinkles@themagnetmaiden.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
Estimated Shipping Time
- All orders are shipped via USPS mail
- North America: estimated 3-10 days
- International: 1-6 weeks
Shipping FAQ
- Yes, we ship worldwide!
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
- If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate. Often, our orders are shipped same-day and the shipping address cannot be changed. In that case, please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted to a new address.
Customs and Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
- If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sprinkles@themagentmaiden.com within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
